Kubrio (prev. Galileo) needed to better serve leads and current customers by improving their comms. There was no email marketing structure at the startup, they just sent emails ad hoc which resulted in a significant amount of miscommunication and little effect on new leads that could potentially turn into customers.

My role in this project at Kubrio was two-fold:
I also crafted a new brand tone based on the market research, with leadership engagement, and this was adopted to all aspects of the comms: website, emails, and in-app content.

Lead Magnet wireframe
The new lead magnet boosted subscriber signups by 40% and enticed readers to sign up in our platform to get the full course for free. This increased our online audience significantly.
The new emails generated more engagement through link clicks, replies from our readers, and helped build the new brand - as Galileo was a dynamic and evolving startup, I had to wear a lot of hats to help ship our offerings.
